one of the better ghibli movies imo.
better ones are spirited away, grave of the fireflies, howl's moving castle

Haven't seen Up on Poppy hill the more recent ones like The Wind Rises

Don't know how the dubs are though. There are some big names in Mononoke Hime's dub but I don't remember how well it was.
