We have those out over here in Henderson, but they disappear once you start getting into Vegas itself, and the strip is abysmal, even when just walking (unless you are drinking then its ok).

I'm surprised they haven't promoted bicycling on the strip it would make for some cool touring options. Maybe the taxi's would lose money
