Regarding the rejection from patrick on 2/29, I just received this from him:
This morning I received a response from mturk staff regarding the reversal. They told me they have all information they need to do so, and it should be completed within the next 3-5 business days.
I'm sorry for how long this is taking.

Thank you for being patient with me.

Unfortunately, due to lack of participants, we will need to postpone the experiment again. We apologize to those who made it on time. You will receive a compensation of $2.00 and we will contact you again to schedule another session.

Those who made a commitment to participate, but did not show up will not be able to participate in future experiments.
