dc probably. had he been in seattle, i'm sure the traffic and house prices would have been happening for decades.

i'm afraid what is going on in dc will be happening here as hollywood increases their production facilities and projects. i imagine execs, actors and production staff from california will buy houses here, driving up the prices when most people here are poor.
