Yeah I've had my panda on basically since they started posting and have caught like... 4?

I think it works in cycles. they have a new set of surgeries at the beginning of a cycle, and you catch a bunch because you haven't seen/done them yet. as the cycle goes on (you are just filling in the gaps), you have fewer and fewer that you haven't done and are eligible for until finally a new cycle comes out.
