I used to do this. It was OK and gave me my coffee fix. Just try it, nothing to lose at this point I would also add unbrewed grounds on top of brewed grounds.

It wont taste right. The hot water releases the flavors. If you rebrew it makes it taste more acidic. But maybe if you add enough creamer you wont even notice???
