Sometimes sitting on an exercise ball instead of a chair can help.

Ran to the living room and grabbed the excersize ball, rolled the chair away behind me, and I already feel so much better! Thanks @turker and @Matilda Jones, for solving a problem I didn't know I had.

oh yea, I love the jury duty hits
I always urge them to give the death penalty,
but it usually isn't relevant

There are other ways to do that, this is just the way I chose to show it.
