their customer support is infuriating. I bought an $800 laptop. The screen completely went out after 6 months. I had a 2 year warranty, so I tried to use it. They told me they couldn't find it in their system and refused to honor it. Haven't bought a Dell since.

That is the reason you are getting such a "good" deal on brand name laptops because they use bloatware as advertisement to offset the price.

They're just loaded with crap, I spent 2 hours removing shit from one my girlfriends mom bought.

I guess that's the difference of buying it directly from Lenovo, you can request it come relatively clean from the manufacturer.

I have an HP, it's like 5 years old now but it still works great..only dropped like 800 bucks on it. Quad core, radeon graphics card, it'll still play pretty much any game you can think of.
