This was the one from March 7th where there stated there were 2 versions, where they stated that the short version would get $0.25 cents and the full version would get the HIT amount of $1.20.

Lots of Michiganders on here. W Michigan is pretty great. I work for a food service provider based in GR ( you probably know the one), and I make it over there once or twice a year.

How ironic! I'm a veterinarian literally Turking to afford to be able to do all the items on the "things that need to be done at the cottage this summer" list. I feel your pain! It always seems to be a long list.

It is! This summer I'm pulling everything out and painting and redecorating. We made a rule when we bought the cabin that everything in it would come from area garage sales and thift stores though, so that has been fun. It only has a hand pump for water, a generator for electricity and super spotty cell service, so our idea is to keep it as rustic as possible for a real getaway. lol

Yep, lots of people here submitted it and predicted that it would be rejected and get a bonus, then the rejection overturned and we end up getting $1.45 total for it.

wow. I'd contact the IRB at MIT. That's terrible.

FWIW, they did approve those with the longer hit (I got the longer version).

I sent them a polite message about it, hoping they reverse it on their own. If not, then will go the IRB route, as should everyone else with the short version.

They should have set it at $0.25 and bonused the rest for people who got the long one.

I also got the bonus for 25 cents and the hit rejected. It was CJ that called it out that it would happen this way. I think he also said are supposed to swarm them with pitch forks and torches until the rejection gets reversed now.

but seriously, i sent them a message explaining to them to set the hit to 25 cents, and pay out to the people that take the long version with bonuses rather than rejecting the people that took the short version
