It sounds like you have a script running that submits when you press certain buttons. The only one I can think off the top of my head is the radio keybind one, but could be anything. Just turn off scripts that you aren't using unless they are bound to a specific hit.

You may have "auto submit" ticked. I noticed that will happen for any HIT with a comment box.
