It's not implied. Most of the YouTube hits do not require you to have a Youtube account to actually do the work. my point is that I was just defending the google hits in general when you grouped them as a whole and it's a significantly smaller subset of hits that they post that would break the TOS (and while every once in a while it asks for an email or something, it takes a big stretch to classify others as TOS violations)Yeah, but it's implied. How about all of those sergeys where you had to do all of that stuff on youtube then take screenshots of your histories and provide links and stuff. I'd say that kind of goes against the spirit of Amazon's stance on worker anonymity.
