I cannot leave my state for the unforeseeable futureThey're at NOLA jazz fest this year. I'm trying to work out babysitting and such to go.
What state are you in? I travel all over the Midwest doing whatever the shit I want when it comes to bands I want to see. It's pretty much the only thing I blow money on. It's in my blood. I'm lucky though because if whomever I want to see isn't playing here, they're usually within a 3-4 hour drive.I cannot leave my state for the unforeseeable future
Otherwise I would go..
ohh well
Oh... Unless you're on probation... In which case keep clean until you're free again and just DO YOU.What state are you in? Southeast, and yeah, on papers. Doing me until then. What state are you in? I travel all over the Midwest doing whatever the shit I want when it comes to bands I want to see. I was on a diversion program for a bit so I get it. I'm lucky I was able to get a good lawyer but the 6 hours I spent in jail totally changed the way I see the world. I was totally sheltered to that point but it was an eye opener for sure. I feel grateful to have the means and be the "proper" kind of person (white, middle class, 30-something mom) so I was able to pretty much pay my way out of it. The judicial system... Humph... Fucked.Southeast, and yeah, on papers. Doing me until then.
I used to live out in the midwest (Manhattan, KS). Chill place. <3 Colorado
That's the truth. I worked one other job after that but my boss was the C-word and I quit. I really like doing Mturk. Even when I don't make much, it's better than the nothing I was pulling in before. I have kids so I need to be available if they're sick, etc. plus, I just can't work for "the man" again. I worked for HP for years. I was never happy or secure. We're all where we're at for a reason!
Never have, never could.. You worked for HP and couldn't be secureI just can't work for "the man" again. I worked for HP for years. I was never happy or secure.
