Welcome back!

I was thinking about your post and wondering if you wouldn't mind writing up a brief guide on what to do if amazon cancels your account. This question comes up from time to time, and while there is no one answer for what to do..........your story, no matter how frustrating (for you) is also inspirational. So many get suspended and get stuck - feeling like there is no recourse. Admittedly, your story has it's own trajectory (the way the blocks came, etc), but I think it's no less valuable for someone facing a similar situation. If nothing else, they can see it is possible to negotiate with Amazon and - sometimes - get, well, some of what you wanted .

Absolutely! I'd love to write something up. I'm a little strapped for time today but I have to go into the office tomorrow while it's slow. I'll have time to put something together then for sure. Thanks for bringing this up. While I like to look at myself as fairly helpful, I seldom think to do something along these lines and you're absolutely correct, a place to gather stories would be an awesome addition on this subject and most likely garner a lot of site visits.

Worst case scenario only the earnings over that bracket will be taxed at the higher marginal rate. If you still have room in an IRA, you can contribute up to the filing deadline for last year to reduce your taxable income.
