I sometimes leave prolific up with an extension that notifies me if anything gets posted, yet I don't think I've caught anything on there since August 2019...

I had this problem before, and gave up on the platform for a long time, then I gave it another shot and messaged them through the support page about not getting any studies in a long time. I got a response that they would whitelist my ISP, and then about a week after that I checked and I was receiving studies again.
