Seriously, if you deleted the MTS extension and reinstalled, i'm going to assume you went to the MTS icon and launched at least Hit Finder and Hit Catcher from the pull-down menus. Are they not launching in their own tabs? Are you starting them but they quit? I'd even have to ask the dumb question to make sure you are logged into AMT's dashboard/hits queue as being logged out from there quits HF and HC until you log back in and restart those MTS tools.

Finally got it working or should I say my son did.

I still didn’t figure out how to upload the overturn.

I can download a CSV but it contains nothing information of ID, so should I type in that infomation by myself? I supposed the list was there and I can just modify.

By any chance, any ideas?”

Does anyone here know what I should tell him? I have no idea
