Some Sunday morning reading from the NY Times: Yes, Your Sleep Schedule is Making You Sick

There was a "local" in this "town" of 126 who had to go to Seattle for a few weeks to do some work. He was a subscriber to the New York Times (the NYT-delivered-to-your-home version) and saw to it being delivered to me while he was gone. It was a frigging delight to read. Even the obituaries were outstanding. Just absolutely great writing. More that once, I finished an article and just grinned to myself in amazement.
