I love it. If you have a Trader Joe's near you, I think it's cheaper in the stores? (despite the bad link, there is no caffeine in it. It used to be called "Bedtime Tea."

you should drink plenty of water,
use a blue light filter on your phone and computer
maintain a decent exercise regimen,
and eat a healthy diet
and dont' forget to include meditation somewhere in there

I like Lemongrass or Chamomile. Anything herbal. If you are anxious, then ginger with lemon. I buy most of my tea at www.enjoyingtea.com.

Luckily I'm not anxious, it's just getting to sleep is hard. I'm okay staying asleep but it's getting there.

I might give this a try later on. Reviews are hit and miss, but it sounds like it has done wonders for you?

I definitely meditate at least a few times a week, and I'm working on the diet. I have started to drink a lot more water and I have f.lux on my computer which dims the light as the sun goes down.

@humbleturker I love that tea. Since I bought it in the store, I've never seen reviews on it before. So? I used to drink the Celestial Seasonings one but I prefer this one. It's more "calming" for me, meaning the taste and aroma combined.
