Anyone gearing up for the blizzard that's going to hit the northeast tonight into tomorrow morning?

I'm in Michigan. It started snowing here last night but we aren't expecting quite as much snow, we've already got a few inches.

I keep hearing that my area is supposed to get about 12 -15 inches. Ugh! I just want spring to come already.

The one in her avy is Totoro. Howls moving castle was great but watch this one if you havent seen it yet. This or spirited away might be his best films.

My Neighbor Totoro is the best because it's the one I watched growing up and me validating my nostalgia is way more important than any less subjective arguments out there re: quality.

Studio Ghibli is amazing in all its forms. Just don't make me watch Grave of the Fireflies again.

I wasn't going to make her watch the grave of fireflies one,
I've heard it's for an older audience.

we tried to watch princess mononoke
but we got bored after the parents were transformed.
never ended up going back to that.

currently, we watch about 5 episodes per week of an anime called 'FairyTail'

animal noises. for the 9 month old, fill an old soda bottle with pretty much anything--water, rocks, rice, beads, colorful torn paper--and let her shake it. Bonus points if it makes loud noise.

Its probably a good thing you didnt watch princess mononoke with her haha, its not really a kid friendly anime.
Its his one movies was geared towards adults when it came out, its got a lot of adult themes, blood/death in it.
