Hey folks, yall are making me hungry lol. I'm making a pasta dish with mini penne, brussel sprouts, black olives, onion, green pepper, mushrooms. Let that bake together then add mozarella cheese and some lightly fried panco to top it all off. Call it the poor mans lasagna lol

Not sure what he has planned. But I'm currently finishing off the rest of a Macaroni and Cheese Pizza that I made the other night...

Where abouts are you at? We're in Maine, but he has lived in FL/GA, AZ/NM, and throughout new england. I know that opinion and region make a huge difference with culinary things. He's a sous chef at a local restauraunt, and he loves southern food. He definitely uses beans in his chili!
