Find out if its your router/modem or if its your laptop. If you have another device connect it to Wifi to see if it does the same thing. If its your router/modem talk to tech support but usually you will have to go into settings which you type 192.168.1.1. ( or something similar) and change it from there

My other devices were fine. It was just the laptop that was doing it I changed the channel to 6 it fixed it.
