Derby pie is like pecan pie loaded with chocolate chips and (maybe bourbon.) Edit: Apparently, the authentic one is made with walnuts rather than pecans. I've had both but never realized one was an knockoff.

oddly enough, im making chili for myself and the girly on sunday, she doesnt like beans, i like beans. I put the dried beans in water tonight so start the chili when she gets off work tomorrow and leave it in the crockpot 1/2 the day and most the night. I got nice steak cubes and such, this is gonna be awesome
