For those dealing with Google lockout...As much as we know about how they typically work, we don't truly know anything for certain. That being said, I haven't had a lock out all day, or returned a single google HIT (even did that new google requester HIT survey earlier.) and I am getting the typical "An error occurred. Please refresh the current page in your browser."

I decided to hunt, and after clicking work on 18 Bz's in the queue, starting with the oldest, I made it to 19. I have a full queue of BZ's and the one that finally worked for me was not the oldest, or the newest, or the one smack dab in the middle. It was random number 19.

So, when you get the cap/lockout message, before you return 'em all, click one by one on the work buttons in the queue, and you may just be pleasantly surprised.
