I don't remember who here explained it ( Kerek @Kerek or Blue @Blue, maybe?) but it was something about depending on the template. I don't recall the details well enough to try to explain it myself.
The columns in the .csv are determined by the "name" attributes of the input fields. If an input doesn't have a name, the form will give that yellow box error inside the HIT frame on submission. If you force it to submit, their .csv will be missing that input.

I see that many on the dashboard.
Yeah, that's normal. But you won't qualify for them all. If you click the green "Screener Test" button, it'll do a little screener and either you'll qualify or you won't. A lot are looking for a VERY narrow demographic (i.e., only teachers from Texas who are ages 20-30) so you'll get screened out pretty often.

That the script might work on properly. All that's wrong is the submit button is outside the <form> tag. That's the other common error.

Edit: Yeah, should be fine to use the force submit on those.
Oh good, I feel a little better, and thanks for the explanation.
