No... it loads the new posts into the same page without a refresh. The distinction is important because the longer you go without refreshing/reloading the page, the more memory the tab chews up.

It autorefreshes every few seconds, whether or not people are posting.

You also have an option to turn on "Post Jump" which will jump down to the newest post. Most people turn that off and prefer to scroll down manually but sometimes it's handy to have a tool do the scrolling for you if you're busy in another window.

Be very careful on these, and make sure to follow every single guideline explained on there. I received 210 rejections out of 270 hits. I think I did a pretty good job getting the descriptions, but according to the requester I failed on the first few I did, so they went ahead and rejected everything else that was not marked website is down.
