He called for time before that and it wasn't granted. Rightfully so the first time as the pitcher was in his motion. He called for it again the next and the ump denied it with no cause. So he says something. Anyways that same pitch he hits a single. Looks back at the ump right after hitting it. Then once on base starts jawing.

It's spring training literally no one gives a shit. Plus the ump is universally hated
