It looks like an error somewhere between Mturk and Amazon payments that is locking everyone out - it thinks our accounts aren't verified.

my guess is mturk changed some coding / relay for the payments and since they're like the unwanted child of amazon they didn't send a memo to payments that they need to match up with their changes. like how mturk broke tm for a bit till the script was update.
