This doesn't seem like a re-takeable survey, yet I was able to do it multiple times. Now I'm worried that some submissions will be rejected. Can anyone clarify for me if I can submit this survey more than once? I don't see any mention that I cant.

Unless a survey says they WANT multiple submissions for some reason, I would not do any survey more than once. Doing so will mess up their data since they're wanting a variety of opinions and not one person's opinion multiple times.
