my cousin used to take dollies (dollys? what's the plural for the weird metal hand truck things?) and walk out with tvs, or VCRs or whatever from random stores because he acted like he was supposed to be there moving inventory and people would just let him do whatever.

He's doing about as well as you'd expect.

Good for him. And yes those are dollies, as opposed to the things you play with when you are working or reading, your dollies.
