Usually is accepted even if it loads slow but there are exceptions.

I'm kind of new to PANDA and auto-refreshers so I was just wondering, I had a PANDA going on some HIT which I had autorefreshing, don't remember which and eventually it caught the HIT but I didn't realize it until a while after, and the PANDA kept going and accepted multiple of the same HIT. Is that how it's supposed to work? I ended up having to return a couple of them because I could only do one, isn't that bad for my return rate though?

Unless you specify that you only want to have one accepted, it will keep accepting. Return rate doesn't really matter for any requester.
