Does anyone belong to any other online communities not related to turking that is so high drama that it makes you appreciate this place even more?

I have a ton of Facebook friends who are dog trainers because...It's a long story. But they're always getting into fights over dog training methods and writing really long posts about it and talking shit about other trainers. The dog training world is just full of internet drama.

oooh you want to talk about facebook groups.. I'm disabled, I'm in a few groups related to the disabilities I have, one was run by this one guy who OBVIOUSLY lives in his mom's basement. He runs it alone even though there are thousands of members. It gets absolutely poisonous sometimes and he might not be around for hours to handle it but if you mention that maybe there needs to be another mod you get banned and yelled at for 'telling him what to do'

I belong to several Autism groups on FB and things can get heated there as well. It's so easy for people to be complete assholes when hiding behind a keyboard.

yep. I ended up leaving all the autism groups I was in. The upside is I realized I'm much higher functioning than I thought.

/r/videos has become obsessed with drama between youtube personalities lately, with 3000+ comment threads because some schmuck called another schmuck out on misinforming people or some shit. Like, there's serious discussion about the ethics of fucking youtubers. It doesn't involve anyone on reddit, no one has any personal stake in it, but they're obsessed with it.
