on a trainer or outside? I usually bike in the evenings during the week not every day though. Long rides on the weekend

When i still lived in Michigan, I had an older lady stop me and lecture me about not wearing a helmet while I was out on my bike. She made me feel really guilty. So from then on, I didn't go near her house when I was on the bicycle.

Only when I bike at the mountain or other non trail places. Otherwise I'm on paved bike trails so I don't bother.
