Ever, since starting last October. I usually survive off of $0.25 to $3 surveys, highest prior was $7.

Finished it about 10 minutes ago myself. I can't see it not approving, TO was good. Better than doing a mind-numbing bubble hell survey for sure.

I always get paranoid on surveys that don't have you put in a code is all, and that one didn't have it. I'm sure it'l be fine though.
