Leave your HF running too for the logged HITs section and throw a panda on a few things worth a shit.

Never worth trying to actively work unless you already have something in front of you.

Exactly. If the work isn't up(that you're willing/able to do), do something else. Keep an eye and ear on the watchers and pandas. This is why you keep any good possible pandas--for the weekends and holidays( and late nite). I've caught any number of good tasting leftovers this way.---also you can never tell when a requester will go insane and post something wildly good. I've seen well known requesters post holiday HITs that were fantastic.
