It's not. It doesn't work. The developer abandoned the project like a year and a half ago and no one has since taken over with updating it. It was never even finished in the first place, before he abandoned it. It's possible that I could get it working, if I really tried, but why go through all of that effort to install something that's made for a much older version of xenforo and will probably never be updated again? I would rather wait and see if someone ends up taking over that project or if someone develops something else.
