it's the seed/grain bread where there's so many seeds, grains, and that kind of BS all over and inside the bread

there's a recent brand name of it that I get kinda frequently, Dave's Killer Bread, which is great for that, but it's kinda expensive.
like $6 for a loaf, but they also give back to the community - many of their employees are excons, looking for a second chance in a world where their past crimes have made it difficult to get a job

I would buy his bread just because of that.

They make a variety of foods and other stuff, but their specialty is super delicious tortilla chips. Their chips are sold at Ralphs and Pavillions stores in southern California, if you ever end up at one of those two stores.

No way I'm glad you mentioned that I try to support businesses that help felons and try to get those businesses in my local communi-tay! If you're ever in the Chicago area you gotta go to Felony Franks.
