I'll take ground turkey over ground chicken any day. With enough seasoning, I can fool myself with turkey. The texture of ground chicken is just nasty af. Turkey Chili is pretty good.
If only there was some meat other than turkey or chicken that could be used for tacos...

We picked up a bunch of wild boar meat from a hunter this past Feb. Makes incredible tacos.

yea, if you ground up turkey and add some fat in the mix it's tons better
That sounds 1) Disgusting 2) Entirely way too much effort required

I think I'll stick to only using it in stuff. I've never had ground chicken, but it sounds nasty af. lol

add just a little bit of bacon fat to it, plus it ain't all that much work, got one of those old fashion meat grinders at a auction YEARS ago.
