So I did all of the profile tasks on turk. I took every qual with the word gender in it. Still getting blocked and no qual for gender female is 1

Amazon doesn't grant the 'profile quals' immediately when you do the HITs, it seems to take them some indeterminate number of multiple weeks before they feel like it, and all you can do is wait once you've submitted the relevant 'profile qual' HIT. Randomly requesting other requesters' abandoned quals won't help, only the specific qual the HIT you're interested in is actually using, which will either be the Amazon-owned 'profile qual' one or one owned by the requester in question.

wouldn't if you put a min TO it would take out the Non TO??

I like this feature. Its great to see the new hits and still weed out the red TOs.
