We finally said 'fuck naps' here and now little dude is sleeping from around 8:30 until 7 in the morning. It gets a little rough in the evenings but sleeping past 5:00am is nice.

mine said 'fuck naps' a few months ago, still sleeps the same. but last week I finally convinced him to sleep in his bed rather than on the floor, where he's been sleeping for about a year. since then he's been sleeping in an extra hour to hour and a half. it's glorious.

When we upgraded from crib to twin bed for my son he definitely slept through the night better. I think it is easy to underestimate how much toddlers really appreciate a nice soft bed.
