I got it resolved by calling customer service. They had me restart my computer and that magically fixed it for some reason. I had tried clearing my cookies and closing Chrome prior to that, but I never would've thought restarting would somehow affect the login. It's amazing how many things a simple restart will fix :tonguewink:@Roscoe E Goldchain and others were having this problem. It's something Amazon did, nothing you personally did or anything wrong with your account in particular. I think some people resolved it by calling Amazon CS and others just waited and it fixed itself later.
