It only happens when you use the media tags for an imgur file and put it in a spoiler. If you don't put it in a spoiler, or if you use img tags, it will display fine. I'm not sure what the cause is, though. It seems to be doing it on all of the forums, not just here, and in every browser that I've tried so far.
