I hope you're going to try and get those purchases reversed (even if you have to follow the chain of command well passed the initial CS you speak with). And sometimes, eMail can be a useful took in such cases.

Emailed him and he got back to me right away with a code to submit with, if anyone else had the same issue.

edit: also his email started with "ah jeez" so I pictured him as Morty.
