Any history buffs here? My dad gave me these rings today.

well two of the rings are world war 2 trench rings one of them came from Oran Africa in 1943 when the Army liberated Oran. The other ring that say's Roma 1944 I how no clue its also some type of trench rings
Those are actually pretty neat! The Roma 1944 one would be from Rome, Italy. Not sure what the 3rd one is, but it's also pretty groovy. Trench rings were either made my soldiers or civilian markets in the area, from any available material that would do. (My grandpa had some from his time in WWII.)

Pretty sure ChristopherASA @ChristopherASA and Devil_Dawg @Catfish would dig seeing these.

PS-Hi folks. Been in/out of the house today, but luckily was in for both of the IPSoft batches and a few other nibbles. The good news is that grocery shopping and supplies are all squared away, so I don't have to leave my house or put on pants for the rest of the weekend (hopefully). Hope everyone's had a good day and made good monies. :D

Shouldn't this be $0.99...?

Well, thank you for the song! Not usually my groove, but I actually rather like it. It fits well with having run around in the sun all day.

You said you love the 80s, so it's a match I'd say. :p

Whoa. Hold on to that stuff, man. And if your Dad served in the military and any of these items as associated with that service, learn as much as you can about the background of these items.

Word.

You're lucky to have that stuff, and I bet a lot of it's really neat. And yes, like ChristopherASA @ChristopherASA said, hold onto it and learn as much as you can about it! I wish I had some of my grandpa's stuff but my aunt has it all.
oh lord.

Oi..I can't really judge there, because I literally wore out my first two Tiffany tapes by playing them over and over (and over) in my little hot pink boombox. :p
