It made a lot of sense, and I hope so too. In the dark of night wrapped up in blankets sitting up because I couldn't recline, all I could think was 30 days of this nonsense will be the death of me. I'm feeling a little better. Thank you for asking. Still have the fever but it's slightly lower.

That was me. Did you catch the short flu vaccine survey. It did take 30 days. My neighbor who had this in January told me it would take a month and I thought that was crazy too until I caught it. It took a good month to get completely over it and I still have a cough but it is going away. But the first week will be the worst. Seriously I didn't have the strength to shower the first three days and that is not me at all. I finally crawled into the shower on the eve of the third day. Couldn't stand myself anymore. I thought I was having hot flashes half of the time as the sweating is so profuse and then you get the chills. But it zaps your strength. That was the biggest problem. So rest when your body tells you to as you begin to feel better and get medicine from doc if you think you need it. He gave me the anti viral stuff but I had no strength to pick up the Rx for several days so I don't know if it helped much. The pharmacy said to take it anyway. Then I went in to see the doc a few weeks later and he gave me antibiotics since it wasn't going away and he didn't want a secondary infection. He told me then that it was this stuff was out there and he had seen a rush of cases. And then I had to see a specialist for something else and they told me that this came with some serious other effects too. He didn't specify if there was a certain age group/s but said it was not a good year for people who got this stuff. And the old standby to drink plenty of liquids is the best. I was sick enough that i got gatorade as that is the only thing I want when I'm that ill and dehydrated. I couldn't eat either or had no appetite. And take care of yourself.

Don't dwell on the 30 days. I should not have said that and wouldn't except I remember hearing my neighbor cough. And then she told me how sick she had been and for how long. The fever will be gone soon most likely. Mine was 102. The illness itself that you have now ought not to last that long. It is just that if this is the same thing you are not going to feel like your usual self for awhile. Like I said it is the zapping of your strength and the usual aches that go with the flu that are the most difficult after the initial hit. You might find you have to drag yourself out of bed and force yourself to get to work. That is how I was and my work had piled up during that time and I just slowly had to peck through it. I also missed out on the 80th birthday of a dear friend as I just was not well enough and refused to expose her to the stuff as a birthday present. And that was more toward the end of whatever it was. I remember not wanting to lie down either for a few days. It seemed to make things worse.

what is the $/hr rate you guys are getting on those? still undecided about jumping in.

I know I'm an hour late to respond, but once I got the hang of them, I can get $1-$6 bonuses, and they take me 2-5 minutes each. I DO cherry-pick them, though, so it's hard to say an hourly. Well-worth it, though, if you can figure out the knack for it.
