Lots of backend MTS changes happening today for tomorrows update.

Everything is getting tossed into a single large javascript file. This cuts down on having to load the settings more than once, having more than one click listener. This also makes it so hit exports don't have to re-request TO from the background, since its saved from when it requests it to make the TO elements.

Yes, you can use it for that. What do you mean "without a page refresh"? You don't have to have Prolific open in a tab while running it, if that's what you mean.

where did the requesters go? they have to be around somewhere. they didn't stop needing work done because of an mturk price hike.
