You will qualify for this study only if you are a current cancer patient or if you are a cancer survivor. Your eligibility will be assessed throughout the duration of the study. With your permission, we will follow up with you at two additional time points (approximately 1.5-3 months later and 3.5-5 months later) after you take this questionnaire in order to collect information about your coping, mental-health, and well-being over time.
