Mine are all pending. I've never been rejected for these HITs. I didn't use the script posted yesterday, as I didn't see it until later on...and when I tried the script for the last few, it had the "Yes (other)" option selected by default. I know from the past, that selecting the Yes (other) option too often can lead to rejections, as the instructions on the HIT can be a tad misleading. But I would still be curious to find out why all of yours were rejected.

Sorry to hear about the blow to the approval rating/income though!

I really wish she would clarify some on those HITs. Like what are you supposed to put if there are no logos, no drop downs, and nothing populates when you start tying the credit card number? Yes (other), No Discover, No Visa?

That might be part of it, b/c a lot of people are like "oh, the FAQ and/or bottom of the page say blah blah blah" but they're ASKING FOR what's on the checkout page.

Yes, that's a big part I believe. They want what is on the checkout page, and they don't want to see the Yes (other) option much if at all. I never got a solid answer on what constitutes selecting that option, but in every scenario I posed to the requester, I was told not to use that option for. They said specifically "I think you’ll rarely have an instance or use case to select Yes, other."
