Hmm I used to take a few benedryl a day as sleepy time nuggets, maybe that's what my problem is now.

Yeah I found out the potential issues when thinking about using it as a sleep aid. Fun fact, most OTC sleep aids are exactly the same chemical as benedryl, so watch out for those as well.

Although when used sparingly it's a god send for sleepless nights.

Jk, you are absolutely right. If only addictions weren't such a tough thing to conquer. That's why I threw it out there that people need to be conscious of keeping their allergy medicine use in check. Not something most people think about.
