The various colors have made our otherwise drab carpet feel a bit more festive.

unfortunately my son insists on mixing all of his colors as soon as he gets them so they're always a dark purple or green. not super pretty.

I do it because I'm home so it makes me a more productive house boyfriend basically. I got into after I got seriously injured at work so there are some some jobs I can't do anymore.

I semi enjoy it, but less and less at time goes on. I need it or I would have to give up a lot of stuff. I want to see the end for the most part though, I get semi angry when someone tells me they're relaxing, because I don't know what that is. Because this isn't my main job, this is what I do with every second I'm home essentially. I will fall asleep with my laptop on my lap in bed at night.

It kills the time while raising my little guy. Down the road I plan to focus more on my jewelry business but for now this works.

After 10 years of Turking I am looking forward to exploring other avenues but for the time being I have zero support from anyone in my family for helping out with my son so I can only do craft shows about 2 Saturdays per month - otherwise my wife throws a fit and says I'm ruining her social life by actually expecting her to help raise her own child.

So, until he is older and I can take him to shows or he goes to school I am pretty much fucked.

I genuinely enjoy it. I feel like I'm contributing to my household in a monetary way after like 2 years of basically bringing in doodly squat. I get to do a lot of diff things on here so I don't get bored too easily. I can pick up and go anywhere in the US if I've got to and not have to ask permission from anyone first. It gives me the same satisfaction as, say, beating a hard videogame does where you feel you've accomplished something except this gives me actual money I can use to pay down my astronomical student loan debt. And I don't have to wear pants. If I'm depressed and not taking care of myself for a while, it makes me feel like I'm at least trying when I get on here and work, and that helps, AND I don't have to worry about my coworkers being like "Gross what's wrong with your hair" b/c y'all can't seeeee me!

Just wish I made more money. I'd say I equally need to do it for money and do it for enjoyment.

It started with a need and now it's more an addiction in a sense. I mainly just come here to see babies.

I still enjoy it, though I've only been on the platform consistently for the past 3 years. Without finding this forum, I would never have kept at it. This made all the difference. My youngest goes to kindergarten this fall, so I've been trying to figure out what to do with my life during the day then. With four children, its so much easier to be able to get up and go in case of an event or emergency than if I was working for someone else.

I used to enjoy it more when I was really depressed and isolated. Now I have so much going on it's another stressor. I will possibly really enjoy it again when boyfriend deploys/gets stationed overseas without me for a while. If I'm gonna be sad and lonely, might as well make money.

edit: and weirdly I get addicted to A9s. i can't explain that. one. GOOD a9s.

Both. I enjoy pretending I'm good at something and I enjoy the bit of adrenaline I get with a good batch, but it gives me hella stress and anxiety I don't need and the hours are redonkulous. It's nice to have some money coming in (hubs and I are both perpetually unemployed/underemployed). It also is a requirement in my state for benefits like food stamps and such. I hope to one day not need that stuff, but its really not looking likely.

Also it's April 10th and my net usage is sitting at 1253 gigs......guy at AT&T some years ago told me there was no way we'd ever use 700 gigs in a month when they wanted to do a cap...uh huh.
