I never heard of it, just looked it up and its actually sold everywhere around me, I just dont happen to shop in the stores around me. I may have to stop in somewhere and try it!
Supposedly they will send you an email with a second survey. When you complete that one, they will give you a code.
I did but I also just got emailed the 2nd part which does contain a code.
