You will qualify for this study only if you are a current cancer patient or if you are a cancer survivor. Your eligibility will be assessed throughout the duration of the study. The questionnaire will take approximately 1 hour to complete. If you are eligible, you will complete the survey. With your permission, we will follow up with you at two additional time points (approximately 1.5-3 months later and 3.5-5 months later) after you take this questionnaire in order to collect information about your coping, mental-health, and well-being over time. You will be compensated with $6.00 for completing surveys at time 1, $7.00 for completing surveys at time 2, and $8.00 for completing surveys at time 3. If you complete the questionnaires at all three time points, you will be entered into a raffle for a $50 Amazon.com gift card.
